As a lifelong nurse, she was blissfully uninformed on the buzzwords and jargon that many of us now speak with alarming fluidity.
Breaking things down to their most base level for her was a refreshing exercise that helped me clarify the actual utility of what I was creating and reassess my own assumptions about what is truly useful to a brand.
